We are seeking $500K to $1 million in equity investment for working capital for several major commercial and governmental projects under contract for this upcoming year. Supplemental funding sought / required for greater working capital to finance material costs to outside vendors that have 30-60 day net terms and direct labor costs versus our invoice turn around times of 60-120 day on construction invoices, directives to proceed on change orders, etc., that are typical to projects of this nature.
