MainSource

Acquisition in 2018

MainSource Bank was a financial institution that provided a variety of services, including accepting deposits and offering loans for consumers, businesses, agribusinesses, and real estate mortgages. The bank also provided personal and corporate trust services, safe deposit rentals, and other corporate offerings such as letters of credit and repurchase agreements. MainSource operated approximately 80 branch offices across Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Kentucky. In addition to its banking operations, it had several non-banking subsidiaries, including MainSource Insurance, LLC, and MainSource Title, LLC. However, the bank is no longer active and is not currently tracked by financial databases.
