Tenaya Capital is a venture capital firm with offices in Woodside, California, and Boston, Massachusetts. Founded in 1995 as Lehman Brothers Venture Partners, it became an independent entity in 2009. The firm specializes in investing in mid to late stage venture-backed technology companies, with a focus on sectors such as software, consumer Internet, IT infrastructure, communications, electronics, and cleantech. Over the years, Tenaya has raised five funds that collectively represent over $1 billion in committed capital.
