SayHired facilitates the recruiting process by efficiently screening candidates for their sales abilities. Candidates apply to positions by recording responses to pitch prompts and/or question sets curated by recruiters. The responses are analyzed by our patent-pending engine for the qualities that the recruiter feels are most important to the position. Responses are ranked on a scale of 100 for each individual characteristic. Some examples of characteristics used to determine if a candidate is a good salesperson are empathy, friendliness, persuasiveness, or knowledgeability, among others.
