Our business model is a subscription based with add-ons charge and Freemium business model (this helps familiarize our customer how chatbot could ease their daily life). We have received Seed funding of 1.2 million USD from angel investor (F Corp) in 2016. For our new business model, we have received pre-series investment of USD 200,000 from GDI (Djarum Group) and Stellar Kapital to prove our new business model and raise USD 2.5 million.
