In 2017, BJtech served B2B, where we partnered up with companies like Bank BNI, Coca Cola, BFI Finance and more. Currently, we are focusing on our latest product called BALESIN.ID, a self-service bot targeted for SMEs and enterprise. BALESIN.ID is a Chat Commerce transaction and FAQ Bot that lives in popular messaging apps (LINE, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger), Chat Widget (Live Agent) and Web URL (independent link that can be embedded in any website). Our business model is a subscription based with add-ons charge and Freemium business model (this helps familiarize our customer how chatbot could ease their daily life). We have received Seed funding of 1.2 million USD from angel investor (F Corp) in 2016. For our new business model, we have received pre-series investment of USD 200,000 from GDI (Djarum Group) and Stellar Kapital to prove our new business model and raise USD 2.5 million.
