Smartlane GmbH, founded in 2015 and based in Munich, Germany, specializes in developing SmartlaneDISPATCH!, a mobile application for efficient order and tour management. This cloud-based software enhances delivery services by automating scheduling, tour planning, and route optimization. Users can easily monitor deliveries, drivers, and tours, while also adding new customer addresses on a map. The application facilitates real-time communication by notifying customers about arrival times through SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Smartlane serves a diverse clientele, including delivery and courier services, care and disposal providers, field service technicians, and passenger transport companies. The platform integrates seamlessly with existing systems via API, making it a comprehensive solution for businesses looking to optimize their vehicle fleet operations.
