Beta.MN is an organization based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, dedicated to supporting the state's start-up community. Established in 2013, it focuses on fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through two primary initiatives. The Twin Cities Startup Week (TCSW) encourages aspiring business owners to launch their ventures by providing networking opportunities and resources. The BETA Cohort program educates founders on essential skills needed to grow their companies. Beta.MN is committed to nurturing technology start-ups and facilitating a collaborative environment among entrepreneurs in Minnesota.
TECHdotMN is a passionate group of technology enthusiasts on a mission to serve Minnesotaâ€:tm:s high tech ecosystem and the early stage ventures within it. Through a mix of unique audio/video features and written word, we create original Minnesota high tech news and curate relevant local news from outside sources. When combined with Minnesotaâ€:tm:s most comprehensive calendar of high tech/entrepreneur events and the deepest directory of Minnesota high tech companies (including 150 +/- startups) the result is an exhaustive resources for those who care about whatâ€:tm:s happening in Minnesotaâ€:tm:s high tech market. TECHdotMN is a for-profit social venture, whereas since inception, 51% of gross revenues have been donated to initiatives that aim to bridge the digital divide in Minnesota.
