Debt Financing in 2012
CA Sales is a distributor of fast-moving consumer goods with operations in Botswana, South Africa, Swaziland, Zimbabwe and Mozambique.
In March 2012, Vantage-funded Export Trading Group had acquired a 40 percent stake in CA Sales alongside PSG Asset Management, a South Africa-listed investment group. Vantage’s exit was funded by a senior debt facility provided by First Bank of Nigeria. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
