We primarily invest in companies based in Northern Europe, and preferably companies that are domiciled in Denmark or Sweden. We take a long term approach to investing and look for companies we can develop in close partnership with the management team over many years and preferably by implementing initiatives, which will strengthen the company’s market position, product offering, manufacturing and distribution footprint and organisation.

Founded in 1991 and based in Karlskoga, Sweden, the company offers a comprehensive range of products and services for area clearance, demilitarization, and explosion containment. Its offerings include bomb disposal systems, such as the DynaSEALR and DynaKEEPR series, and various containment chambers designed to mitigate the effects of explosions. Dynasafe has an extensive portfolio of over 1,000 UXO and demining projects worldwide and has deployed more than 20 chemical and conventional demilitarization plants. Geveko Markings is a manufacturer and distributor of road marking products in Europe, employing over 220 people. The company specializes in producing high-quality thermoplastics, paints, and cold plastics for various applications, including road markings, safety markings, and decorative horizontal applications. Its products are utilized to mark roads, cycle paths, footpaths, airports, multi-story car parks, industrial areas, city centers, and school playgrounds. Geveko Markings operates a flexible manufacturing setup with facilities located in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, and Scotland, as well as joint ventures in Chile, Brazil, and China. The company aims to enhance road safety and improve public spaces through its diverse product offerings.
