Among Swedish national morning newspapers, Svenska Dagbladet has the second largest circulation with its 150.000 copies per day. The total number of readers across channels is about 1 million a day. SvD has not only been awarded the best Swedish newspaper several times, but also the best designed newspaper in Sweden – and in Europe. Schibsted Sweden and MittMedia recently signed a Letter of Intent to form a new media group consisting of Svenska Dagbladet and MittMedias 28 locale subscription based newspapers.
