Packaging Dynamics Corporation manufactures flexible packaging and specialty papers. The company operates in three units: Thilmany Papers, BagcraftPapercon, and International Converter. The Thilmany Papers unit offers specialty bleached and unbleached lightweight paper products, such as sandwich wraps, box closure taping systems, insulation backing, microwave popcorn bags, confectionary cups, and medical drapes and steel interleavers. It has facilities in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Georgia, and California. The International Converter unit produces adhesive and film extrusion laminations, such as base stock materials that are used in the production of labels, bags, pouches, composite cans, lidding, and blister packaging. It also produces facing materials that are used by the building materials companies in producing insulation products in North America and Europe. This unit has facilities in Ohio, Mississippi, and Wisconsin. Packaging Dynamics Corporation's products are used in food and non-food packaging, consumer, medical, foodservice distribution, supermarket, bakery, restaurant, packer processor, retail, and industrial packaging applications.
