Packaging Dynamics Corporation manufactures flexible packaging and specialty papers. The company operates in three units: Thilmany Papers, BagcraftPapercon, and International Converter. It has facilities in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Georgia, and California. The International Converter unit produces adhesive and film extrusion laminations, such as base stock materials that are used in the production of labels, bags, pouches, composite cans, lidding, and blister packaging. It also produces facing materials that are used by the building materials companies in producing insulation products in North America and Europe. This unit has facilities in Ohio, Mississippi, and Wisconsin. Packaging Dynamics Corporation's products are used in food and non-food packaging, consumer, medical, foodservice distribution, supermarket, bakery, restaurant, packer processor, retail, and industrial packaging applications.
