Documaster is an information governance and archiving platform that assists organizations in capturing, processing, preserving, and instantly accessing their valuable data through a single application. Founded in January 2014 as a spin-off from NorseLAB, Documaster developed a records management kernel tailored for the public sector in Norway and became the first company to offer an independent kernel certified by the National Archives of Norway. The company has since expanded its focus to the private sector and currently operates in multiple cities across two countries. With a clientele that includes over 450 government agencies, Documaster aims to reduce unnecessary costs and streamline workflows in both public and private sectors. Additionally, it seeks to revitalize valuable records stored in legacy systems by ensuring they are organized in standard structures, making them accessible and usable for years to come.
