The organization aims to foster a just, diverse, and sustainable food economy in Maine by assisting food entrepreneurs in producing high-quality products. In addition to physical resources, Fork Food Lab offers valuable services like marketing advice, legal support, and financial assistance, enabling local food businesses to scale effectively while minimizing the complexities of leasing and equipment procurement.
