The fund concentrates on building and upgrading infrastructure across the region, including in fragile states where traditional lenders are often reluctant to deploy capital. Based in Ebene, Mauritius, the entity is managed and advised by Investec Asset Management, aligning capital providers with private sector-led infrastructure development.
