Community College of Rhode Island campuses are located in Warwick, Lincoln, Providence, Newport and Westerly. Distance education courses are also available. Regardless of which campus you attend, academics encompass Allied Health programs, Computer Studies, English, Foreign Languages, Nursing, Performing Arts, Social Sciences and more. Should your goal be to transfer, the college’s advising and counseling department will assist you. If your intention is to start a career after leaving Community College of Rhode Island, the Career Development Center will help with that. Other services include free tutoring, writing assistance, disability services and a Women’s career center. Tuition at Community College of Rhode Island is significantly lower for state residents. Financial aid is also offered, upon approval, to help students to cover tuition and other expenses. Admissions applications may be found online.
