The platform allows users to create a "Postcard of Ambition," through which they can engage in a 21-day campaign to raise awareness and foster conversations about their goals. By connecting these young individuals with industry professionals via employee networks at participating brands, State of Ambition facilitates the development of support networks that enhance their career prospects. Additionally, the company conducts workshops and talks aimed at instilling resilience, confidence, and collaboration among participants. A significant portion of the company's net profits is allocated to grants and scholarships for young people, reinforcing its commitment to social impact and the development of a diverse talent pool. Founded in 2012 and based in the United Kingdom, State of Ambition was previously known as Next Step Up Ltd. before rebranding in 2013.
