The component extraction and generative design engine for prefabrication and modular construction. Prefabrication and modular construction allow us to reduce time, cost and waste in construction projects. To unlock the full potential of prefabrication, Modulize will enable simplified information extraction from complex 3D building models. With its component extractor, contractors can process models to automatically turn relevant parts of the model into tenders to be shared with manufacturers. In addition, we are developing generative design and optimisation algorithms that will enable designers and manufacturers to seamlessly collaborate to maximise the use and benefit of prefabrication and modular design. In particular, Modulize will enable design-manufacturer fit by linking manufacturers and customers based on manufacturing capacity and capability, as well as compliance with local rules and regulations. Prefabrication and modular construction allow us to reduce time, cost and waste in construction projects. Our solution, Modulize, will unlock prefab adoption through 1) automated component extraction from 3D models and 2) generative design and optimisation algorithms that let designers, contractors and manufacturers maximise the use and benefit of prefabrication.
We are a team of entrepreneurs tasked with reducing the time and frustration involved when designing early stage floor plans for large developments and existing properties. With support from world's biggest early-stage VC and several of our international future clients our team is helping to optimize this tedious architectural design phase saving up to 20 weeks of time while providing more and better solutions.
Cloud Cycle is focused on transforming the concrete industry by addressing the significant waste and carbon emissions associated with concrete production. Each year, over 10 billion tons of concrete are produced globally, contributing to approximately 10% of global CO2 emissions, with around 5% of that concrete going to waste. Cloud Cycle has created an innovative on-truck device and sensor array that integrates with a cloud-based platform to ensure concrete meets specifications, thereby minimizing waste. When surplus concrete does occur, the company operates a marketplace that connects sellers with potential buyers, helping to mitigate losses. By leveraging advanced technology, including the Internet of Things and machine learning, Cloud Cycle enhances the quality control of concrete deliveries and facilitates interventions to reduce operational costs and emissions. The company's goal is to save the industry billions while aiming for a reduction of global CO2 emissions by 1%.
