ResDiary provides a web-based reservation and table-management tool to restaurant operators around the world.
The ResDiary system is currently used in over 8,800 restaurants, in 59 countries, to take online bookings through their websites, facebook pages and through Twitter as well as by telephone and to process walk in bookings. Currently processing 180 million covers a year.
No special equipment is needed to access the system, just a browser on a PC or other device. Users may also access their diaries through smartphones and through the native ipad App.
ResDiary is charged for on a flat monthly fee basis, with no additional charges for bookings taken through the restaurant's website, Facebook page, Twitter account or through book.resdiary.com the portal operated for ResDiary customers by ResDiary.
Established in 2004, the ResDiary system was brought to market in 2006 and is marketed in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands and New Zealand directly by ResDiary and in Canada, USA, Australia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, the UAE, Kazahkstan, the Czech Republic, Denmark and Norway by a network of partners.
ResDiary became 100% subsidiary of ACCORHOTELS in April 2018.
