Kokomodo is a company that produces cocoa using plant cell culture technology. It grows cacao cells in controlled, optimal conditions, then scales up the biomass in bioreactors, and harvests and processes the cocoa. This method allows Kokomodo to produce real, high-quality cacao year-round, regardless of climate, ensuring a stable and sustainable supply for the food, beverage, and cosmetics industries.
